Who is behind this
Run by an engineer who sets up and verifies mail authentication.
What we do
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly on your domain for your mailbox provider and the tools that send as you, at a fixed price from $129. On the Fix plans we send test emails from your real senders to Gmail and Outlook.com and include the Authentication-Results headers in a short written report. On Starter we check the records you add in public DNS. Every plan has a refund if verification fails.
How we work
- Guide mode is a first-class option. We send the exact records; you paste them in. You never share a password.
- We never ask for your registrar login. If you'd like us to make the changes, add us as a limited user or delegate in your DNS provider and remove us afterwards. We don't store credentials and we never need access to your mailbox contents.
- Nothing breaks on day one. DMARC starts at
p=none(monitor only), we check every sender before touching SPF, and we keep a copy of your original records so changes can be rolled back. - Enforcement only with evidence. We move to
quarantineandrejectonly when the reports are clean (the Fix + Enforce plan).
What we don't promise
Inbox placement. Correct authentication removes a major reason for spam filtering, but reputation, list quality, content and blocklists still matter. We'll tell you if we see those problems.
The free checker
The checker runs in your browser against public DNS and stores nothing. It reads your MX, SPF and DMARC records and 32 common DKIM selectors. It can't see how your mail is actually signed, so a green result isn't a deliverability guarantee.
